Many thanks to Rebecca Campbell who sent out 350 emails yesterday to the military asking them to be alert to the activities of Homeland Security and FEMA, which are federal agencies answerable to the WHO and the UN in the United States, under the International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza signed by President George W. Bush in 2005, as “counterterrorism” and “pandemic” exercises that look like the first step to the imposition of “martial law” and forced vaccinations commence.
Rebecca Campbell in Seattle, Washington, contacted all major veterans organizations in the US, including Veterans for Peace, Iraq Veterans Against the War, Courage to Resist, Goldstar Families for Peace while the mainstream has remained silent on these UN/Homeland Security “exercises”, unprecedented though they are in both scale and scope.

Note that two specific elements must be present for the allowance of personal liberties to be set aside for the safety of the general public regarding vaccinations:
1- There must be a substantiated emergency need for the vaccines, and they must be approved, cleared and properly labeled in accord with health regulations. (There is no evidence of a pandemic, and the vaccines are not approved, cleared and properly labeled in accord with health regulations.)
2- There must be no other viable alternatives to deal with a pandemic. I have organized these types of actions before. To make them effective, the readers need the action items clearly summarized and all the contact information for bases, faxing sites etc. repeated in every article so that they don’t have to hunt for it. Just keep repeating: WHAT YOU WANT THEM TO DO and the HOW, WHAT WHY and WHERE related to executing on the action items.
EXAMPLE;
1. WHAT THEY NEED TO DO: Contact their local police, military and (I suggest) medical and bar associations to inform those groups about the exercises and the dangers of the swine flu as well as the “UNCONSTITUTIONALITY OF THE ACTIVITY”
2. The Why: There is a push to vaccinate people with an vaccine that has both untested elements and verified dangerous elements. The reason for this push is economic. Politicians have been given money by the vaccine manufacturers (who also sit on the board of the WHO vaccine council). Governors have been promised money from the federal government if they permit vaccinations despite all the risks. The MOTIVATION FOR THIS DRIVE IS SEVERAL FOLD: One, there has been a long-standing campaign clearly articulated by groups like the CFR, Bilderbergers etc. to ELIMINATE VAST SEGMENTS OF THE WORLD POPULATION SIMILAR TO THE CAMPAIGN IN RUSSIA THAT HAS SEVERELY LIMITED THEIR POPULATION; TWO, this campaign by creating huge waves of illness can protect the last administration from prosecution for their other crimes, it can disguise the ineffectualness of the efforts of the current administration to secure more money to continue the effort to create an “American Empire” which nobody wants; THREE- it creates a rationale for declaring martial law and eliminating Constitutional protections in the United States and whereever epidemics start and FOUR, it will make a huge amount of money for the vaccine manufacturers who have both total immunity from problem caused by their vaccines and huge amounts of vaccinations to sell. The fourth point is most gruesome because large numbers of our public servants hold stock in these vaccine companies including the current President.
FINAL WHY:
There is no proof that this vaccine is actually going to work. There is proof that some of its ingredients will kill…polish tests, marine who almost died etc.
3. The How that the elites are using to ensure vaccinations. They are hyping the “pandemic.” They are offering economic incentives to the states to accept mandatory vaccinations. They are trying to use the powers of law and they may be using the current “terrorism exercises in the US with foreign troops” to collect dissidents and to begin the mandatory vaccinations.
FACTS:
There have only been XXX deaths WORLDWIDE from the current pandemic. This is not a “Pandemic.” Worse, there is clear evidence that Baxter started this pandemic by shipping liters of the live viruses in unsafe containers to countries around the world. Everywhere that these containers broke, an outbreak ensued. Maybe the Russian leaders did not want to shake Obama’s hand because when the Mexican President shook Obama’s hand is when the outbreak started in Mexico.
