Have the “bioweapon” vaccines been stockpiled in advance? Where are they?

A small Swiss biotechnology company that has so far not generated any sales from its own products has said it can produce 1 billion swine flu “vaccines” in three months, a claim that appears to be being taken seriously by the stock market because shares in Cytos soared 15 per cent today.

The Swiss company Cytos AG had to cut 40 percent of its workforce after a high blood pressure vaccine failed the mid-stage trial in March 2009.

“The company said the hypertension vaccine CYT006-AngQb did not significantly reduce blood pressure in a Phase IIa study, sending its shares down as low as 15.00 Swiss francs, down 33.5 percent on the day at their lowest since early 2003,” reports Reuters.

“The vaccine had been seen as a major driver for the company, which does not yet generate sales of its own products.”

And yet this same Swiss biotech compnay with revenues of just 19.7 million Swiss frances in 2008 and a history of failure over its single product in the pipeline, all of a sudden, claims to be able to produce 1 billion swine flu vaccines without building “huge production facilities” in three months.

Is this plausible?

Have the bioweapon vaccines already been stockpiled? Are they just waiting for distribution? And will the Cytos label be put on them because Novartis, Baxter, GSK and Sanofi are so tainted in the meantime?

If there are stockpiles of bioweapons, one place to store them might be the CDC in Atlanta, Georgia. The CDC is a lab affiliated with WHO.

Is this report about a Swiss biotech company, which so far has not sold one product, finding a new way, all of a sudden, to produce one billion “swine flu” vaccines in three months without “huge production facilities” just a cover story to distribute existing stockpiles of bioweapons? If so, where are the stockpiles of vaccines?

Impfstofffirma Cytos auf Höhenflug

Gemäss dem Artikel zeigte der mit der neuen Produktionsmethode entwickelte und bisher an Mäusen getestete Impfstoff eine “ausgezeichnete” Wirkung. CEO Wolfgang Renner schätzt, dass mit der Technologie “ohne den Aufbau riesiger Produktionsstätten in drei Monaten eine Milliarde Impfdosen (= engl. 1 Billion jabs)” hergestellt werden können. Die zur Weiterentwicklung bis zur Zulassungsreife erforderlichen finanziellen Mittel von rund 100 Mio. Fr. könne Cytos aber nicht selbst aufbringen, sagte Renner gegenüber der Zeitung. Mit der von Cytos entwickelten Herstellungsmethode werde ein neuer Weg beschritten. Dabei werde nicht das ganze Virus nachgebildet, sondern würden nur einige Peptide verändert. Die Firma, die auf dem Gebiet der therapeutischen Impfstoffe forscht, hat noch kein Produkt auf dem Markt. Nach einem herben Rückschlag mit ihrem Hoffnungsträger, einem Impfstoff gegen Bluthochdruck, im März hatte Cytos die Entlassung von fast der Hälfte des Personals angekündigt. Die Aktien brachen bis auf 10.05 Franken ein und sind seither immer wieder spekulativ gesucht worden. Nach dem Halbjahresbericht am vergangenen Donnerstag setzten die Aktien zu einem Höhenflug an. Cytos verbrauchte pro Monat weniger Geld als prognostiziert.

Daily Mail reports on UK government “swine flu” vaccination advisor who sits on board of company whose vaccines are classified as “bioweapons” under EU and US regulations

The mainstream UK newspaper, the Daily Mail, reports today that Professor Sir Roy Anderson, a government advisor who has recommended mass vaccination against the “swine flu”, is a paid director of GlaxoSmithKline, one of the vaccine company expected to earn as much as billion pounds from its vaccines.

The CDC influenza expert Nancy J. Cox sits on WHO’s Scientific Advisrory Group of Experts (SAGE) packed with GSK, Baxter and other vaccine company executives with “observer status” that recommended mass vaccinations to WHO.

Yet he also holds a £116,000-a-year post on the board of GlaxoSmithKline, the company selling swine flu vaccines and anti-virals to the NHS.

Sir Roy faced demands to step down yesterday amid claims that the jobs were incompatible. ‘This is a clear conflict of interest and should be of great concern to taxpayers and government officials alike,’ said Matthew Elliott of the TaxPayers’ Alliance.

‘You cannot have the man in charge of medical emergencies having any financial interest in the management of those emergencies. We need someone totally unbiased to tackle this crisis.’

The Department of Health and GSK denied there was a conflict and said Sir Roy did not attend Sage meetings where vaccines and drugs were discussed.

Sir Roy was appointed to Sage to ‘provide cross-government scientific advice regarding the outbreak of swine flu’. He was one of the first UK experts to call the outbreak a pandemic.

During an interview for Radio Four’s Today programme on May 1, he praised the anti-flu drugs and called for their distribution. Listeners were not told he was paid by GSK.

The West London-based drugs giant has had to defend itself from allegations of profiteering from swine flu after posting profits of £2.1billion in the last three months.

Sales of the company’s Relenza inhaler, an alternative to Tamiflu used by pregnant women among others, are expected to top £600million. This figure could be boosted by up to £2billion once deliveries of the firm’s swine-flu vaccine begin in September.

Sir Roy, 61, who was unavailable for comment yesterday, earned £116,000 at GSK last year, at least a quarter of which he received in shares.”

German troops spotted in Michigan * Letter sent to German military warning of forced vaccinations in the USA and Germany

German troops have been spotted in Michigan, Australian troops in California and UK troops in North Carolina as part of the UN-led on “counterterrorism” exercises starting today in the USA.

All Maryland sheriff deparments alerted already over FEMA/WHO “exercise”

FEMA coffin patent: “Multi-functional cremation container for a cadavar” * FEMA coffin ownership traced back to CDC and WHO

The FEMA coffins were patented as “multi-functional cremation containers” for dead bodies.

The patent indicates that the coffins are part of a plan in which people are to be killed in large numbers before they are placed in the coffins for transportation in FEMA trains to FEMA camps where incinerators are reported to be in place.

There have been credible reports of 500,000 FEMA coffins stacked in Georgia, close to FEMA IV’s regional headuqarter’s in Atlanta.

A local landowner is reported to have said that the coffins belong to the Center of Disease Control, a center affialated with WHO, and also based in Atlanta, Georgia.

WHO has been “preparing” — together with FEMA and Homeland Security — for mass fatalities due to a “swine flu” emergency while other experts, including most recently French Professor Bernard Debre, have said the “swine flu” is a harmless flu, reinforcing fears that WHO is hpying up the pandemic to justify mandating the “bioweapon” vaccines in the USA at gunpoint.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will launch on Monday the five-day National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09)—the first national level exercise to focus on terrorism prevention—in conjunction with federal, state, local, tribal, private sector and international partners.

“Coordinating with our partners across the United States and around the world is critical to protecting the nation from terrorist attacks,” said Secretary Janet Napolitano. “The National Level Exercise allows us to test our capabilities in real-time to refine and strengthen our strategies for preventing terrorist attacks.”

The Congressionally mandated exercise—directed by the White House and coordinated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)—promotes intelligence and information sharing between and among federal, state, tribal, local, private sector and international participants. The NLE 09 scenario focuses on preventing a terrorist from entering the United States to carry out additional attacks in the aftermath of a terrorist event outside of the country, prioritizing intelligence and law enforcement activities that detect, disrupt and deter preventable terrorist incidents.

“FEMA’s focus is to make sure that our entire response team, from the general public up to the highest level of government, is taking steps now to increase preparedness – regardless of what the next emergency or disaster is,” said FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate. “This exercise is an important step in our ongoing preparedness efforts, and allows FEMA and its federal partners to better serve and protect our citizens.”

The Departments of Homeland Security, Defense, Justice, and State, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and a broad spectrum of component agencies, offices and commands will all participate in the exercise. NLE 09 activities will take place at command posts, emergency operation centers, intelligence centers and field locations throughout the country, including federal headquarters facilities in the Washington, D.C. area as well as federal, regional, state, tribal, local and private sector facilities in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and California. French medical professor accuses WHO of using the media to spread fear over the “swine flu” and of pressuring national governments to take draconian measures

French medical Professor and Member of Parliament Bernard Debre has criticised WHO for exaggerating fears about the “swine flu”, saying the “swine flu” is a harmless ordinary flu, and much less dangerous even than the typical seasonal flu, in the Saturday edition of the French newspaper «Journal du Dimanche».

Debre said that the “swine flu” would stay a harmless flu and hospitals had started treating it with simple pain killers. To call the 800 cases reported so far in France a threat to anyone was a “joke”, he said.

Also, he accused WHO of issuing press communiques that ignited fear and panic, and of putting pressure on national governments to exaggerate the danger of the H1N1 flu and so react with draconian measures.

“From the moment, WHO, in a way that was a little too quick, began to gesticulate with daily communiques and press conferences which were constantly repeated, the governments didn’t have any other choice in reality but to follow [WHO's commands]. I criticise [the national governments] in as a far as they succumbed to a “political hyper-medialisation” of this event, ” he said.

Former high-level Bush financial insider says “swine flu” vaccine part of depopulation agenda

Catherine Austin Fitts, an investment banker and high level government official in the 1st Bush administration, writes in her blog that she believes the H1N1 “swine flu” vaccine is part of a population reduction agenda.

She also analyses the way the international, offshore banking “elite” have plundered the US and (other) economies, impoverishing millions, if not billions, by their crime spree, corruption and greed.

The political and social problems that arise when a small group rob and impoverish a state by their inordinate greed are discussed in Plato’s book, the Republic, sections 8-9. Plato notes that when a state is mismanaged, exploited and ruined by a materially minded clique (timocracy), there will inevitably be many poverty-stricken people resulting in increasing social breakdown and chaos. Plato’s analysis of the roots of a state’s decline appears in some respects to be a pretty accurate description of the events unfolding before our eyes in the USA today: the international criminal “financiers” of WHO and the UN, who have destroyed the US economy and just robbed it of 14 trillions in a “bailout” fund for Wall St Banks, now need to use UN troops and WHO killer vaccines to deal with the people of the USA that they have impoverished by their crimes.

Thomas Jefferson, one of the framers of the US Constitution, admired Plato and carried his books around with him wherever he went, it’s been said. I can see why. I also think Plato’s “Republic” is a as good a description as any around today of the political history of the USA from the high ideals of the Founding Fathers to the gradual descent into total corruption by the “rulers” or, in this case. the “President”, “Senate” and “Congress” in the past few years.

When elements of the federal and state government either actively plan or allow the take-over and mass murder of their own people through “UN troop exercises” and “FEMA/Homeland Security” drills and “mass forced vaccinations” with “bioweapons” because they would prefer mass murder of the victims of their crimes to being put in goal, then the “culture in charge” truly is “dark” are Catherine Austin Fitts says.

The time has now come to remove these “dark” and degenerate elements and restore the Constitution, Democracy and the Rule of Law, to rebuild a sound economic and education system that works for the liberty, prosperity and happiness of the people as Thomas Jefferson and the Founding Fathers envisioned. A sould political, social, health and economic system needs to be rebuilt in Europe, Africa and other countries just as urgently.

“I believe one of the goals of the swine flu vaccine is depopulation. Perhaps it is the goal of a swine flu epidemic as well, whether bio-warfare or hype around a flu season,” writes Austin Fitts on her blog.

“As trillions of dollars were shifted out of America by legal and illegal means to reinvest in Asia and emerging markets and to build a global military empire, we left a sovereign nation economic model behind. Finally, the expense and corruption of empire resulted in bailouts of $12-14 trillion, delivering a new financial war chest to the people leading the financial engineering. Now we have exploding unemployment, an exploding federal deficit, an Inspector General for the TARP bailout program predicting that the ultimate bailout cost could rise to $23.7 trillion and a Congressional Budget Director who is concluding that we can no longer afford the social safety net.

That is, unless you change the actuarial assumptions in the budget – like life expectancy. Lowering immune systems and increasing toxicity levels combined with poor food, water and terrorizing stress will help do the trick. Review the history of vaccines rushed into production without proper testing and peer review – it is clear about the potential side effects. In addition, a plague can so frighten and help control people that they will accept the end of their current benefits (and the resulting implications to life expectancy) without objection. And a plague with proper planning can be highly profitable. Whatever the truth of what swine flu and related vaccines are, it can be used as a way to keep control in a situation that is quickly shifting out of control.

In short, an epidemic can be used to offset the inflation of capital with increasing deflation of the value and income of labor and continual demand destruction. It is a great deal of time and money spent on something that will not help build a real economy. The disinformation and control opportunities are profound. They keep the slow burn going. It is the next, meaner face of “the establishment against the rest of society.”

That’s what I believe. I am not an expert. I have no case worth presenting in a court of law. There are hundreds of hours of research on the swine flu and related vaccines that I have not done and I am not going to do. It is just what I believe, listening to the people I respect, and in no small part because if you map out all the financial ecosystems around the issue and people and incentives involved, it seems to me to be the logical conclusion.

Now, if this sounds ludicrous to you, it may be because you do not appreciate how dark the culture has become that is now in charge. Do you have any idea how impossibly frustrating it is to manage a highly centralized system in which the vast majority of people lack any responsibility to ensure that the whole thing works? Everyone wants their free lunch and there are no real markets or democracy to force accountability or a shared intelligence. Force works. Force has increasingly become the way to achieve most everything. Using force is a lot easier that living with rising risk and the costs of subsidizing an aging population.

So the question for you and me is “what do we do?” Are we going to take a vaccine? Are we going to allow our children to be vaccinated? Will we have a choice? How can we organize to make sure that we do? Is self-quarantine a practical option? How would we prepare for it?

What you believe is your responsibility. The time has come to build time into Summer schedules to research options, discuss them with those you trust and make informed decisions about what you believe and what actions you intend to take under a variety of scenarios.

I don’t have the answers yet. Somehow, I believe we can find them together. And while we do, let’s remember to pray for the love of humanity to be rekindled and nourished in each and every heart.
