French patients, pols attack gov’t over Mediator

Think FDA gets lots of flak from U.S. critics? Take a look at the blowback in France. Patients are suing and politicians are calling for public inquiry over the withdrawn diabetes drug Mediator. Critics say French regulators knew about the serious risks of Mediator as long as 12 years before finally taking action in November 2009. They waited to act even after the drug was withdrawn in Spain in 2003 and Italy in 2004, the critics say, and now the drug has been linked to some 500 deaths since 1976.
Opposition politicians are making hay out of the controversy, saying that the current government is too cozy with drugmakers and that it failed to protect patients. Politicians also are pressing regulators to explain why they didn’t act sooner. As InPharm reports, health minister Xavier Bertrand told Le Figaro that there have been “serious failures” in the country’s drug licensing system. Regulators will strengthen their safety monitoring, he promised.
Meanwhile, the fight has moved to court. In September, one court found that drugmaker Servier committed misconduct and levied €210,000 in damages to a patient who developed heart problems. Now, more patients and their families are suing Servier: Victims’ association AVIM filed legal complaints on behalf of 116 Mediator patients yesterday. The association’s lawyer said the organization plans to file a total of about 1,000 claims.

When one looks into the biochemistry of all those drugs one comes to the conclusion that they are all designed to maim and make a killing while the depopulation agenda is persued with vigor. Almost all, heart,cancer, osteo, neurological,steroid drugs including most vaccines should be withdrawn from the market as their benefit is hear say and have no scientific evidence to supports claims of effectiveness and safety. Even the statistical methods used to gain approval from the FDA are fraudulent and since having been introduced by Dr Fisher a smart quack since 1925 . Conveniently the scientific community has done nothing to rectify it and keeps on talking rubbish about peer review and placebo’s that have no relevance to efficacy and safety.
There are numerous safe natural agents that support healing and reversal of chronic disease but it is not in the interest of the killers in charge of the medical industry to foster effective and harmless treatments,To little money in it for them , and who wants healthy people anyway, they spend little or nothing on sickness and live too long.
All these anti-social products have been promoted from the mainstream media and its owners for many years thru commercials and thru stupid journalists that dont have a clue what they talking about. Unfortunately people have listened and still listening to the crap from there. Somehow I believe a some of them deserve the situation in which they now find themselves. Because of their infernalic stupidity not using their own brains rather letting some stupid journalist or bankster do the thinking for them.
Yes they want to promote capital intensive markets so that the poor ordinary people wont be able to compete. Therefore they are investing in the Big Pharma. They know sooner or later they got the monopoly and than its time to make the cheap safe natural agents even illegal to grow. That is how the petrochemical industry was able to grow from the beginning of 1900. There are plenty sources of energy
which can be grown at the fields by ordinary people.
The laws however working to restrict this. Why? Because the banksters have been writing these laws through the puppets they pay in our governments. That is how they protect their expensive and ridiculous oil and pharma industry. That is how they trying to rule us with money. That is how money serves as a mean to give them the power and control.
Its all made to hurt us. Look at the so called “Drug Addicts” of today, who aren’t “Drug Addicts” at all but rather not so stupid self medicaters. They are allready being forced, not out of medical but out of political reasons, to take medication they wouldn’t use if left a free choice. I see the day coming, when the most sharpest and critical minds among us will be forcefully medicated.
