Why I will be taking legal action against the fake facebook page running under my name

I have no facebook page but a fake facebook page has been running under my name and I am now going to take legal action to have it shut down because it is a case of identity theft. The fake facebook page appeared at about the same time as countless fake Jane Bürgermeister websites and no one knows who the administrator is.  There is no link or mention of my blog.

Austrian Social Democrat makes barbaric call for the murder of the rich

A Social Democrat functionary has called for the barbaric murder and torture of “wealthy people” in another low for the country’s political parties.  It will come as little surprise that a Social Democrat in Austria is stoking social conflict given the close historical links between the party, the banks and also the Nazis. 

Amazingly, Sebastian Seidlitz has not had to face any legal action for his hate-filled tirade, inciting people to commit brutal crimes on Facebook – highly likely because he is himself a tool to engineer conflict and divert attention away from the destruction of public finances by banks with the complicity of the government.
