The Czech Republic appears to have cancelled its contract with Baxter to supply “swine flu” vaccine because Baxter has not been able to guarantee that the “swine flu” vaccine will be safe.
Also, Baxter has refused to pay compensation to anyone injured by the vaccine leading to a suspension of talks between the government and the company, according to a report sent by Daniel Solis in the Czech Republic:
“Prague – The U.S. pharmaceutical firm Baxter which manufactures a vaccine against the swine flu in its Czech branch will not ensure the vaccine for the Czech Republic in the case of a pandemic, Baxter media representative Jana Cechova told CTK today.
The Czech Republic has relied on the factory in Bohumil, Central Bohemia.
In its original pandemic plan, the Czech Republic reckoned with vaccines for 60 percent of the population, while the updated plan involves vaccines for 25 percent and the Tamiflu and Relenza antivirotics for the same number.
“No contract for the delivery of the vaccines A(H1N1) between Baxter and the Czech Republic has been concluded,” Cechova said.
The websit tn.cz writes that the Czech Health Ministry has explained its stopping the talks with Baxter by the firm’s inability to guarantee that the vaccine is safe and who will bear the risks for possible side-effects.
“It is a pity, but, unfortunately, at the moment when we accepted the bids, Baxter was unable to confirm that it will deliver a registered vaccine,” Health Minister Dana Juraskova said.
Over 60 Czechs have caught the swine flu, but no fatality has been registered.”
The Czech lab BioTest discovered the contamination of vaccine material with live bird flu virus by Baxter on February 6th, 2009, after a lab technician tested the material on ferrets which subsequently died, in an incident that nearly triggered a global pandemic.
The Austrian police are now investigation how 72 kilos of vaccine material could have been contaminated by live bird flu virus supplied by WHO in Baxter’s biomedical facilities in Orth an der Donau, and sent to 16 labs in four countries.
A few weeks after the “bird flu” incident in April, the “swine flu” mysteriously appeared close to Baxter’s facilities in New Mexico.
As September approaches, the Czech Republic and 194 other countries around the world are facing the prospect of forced mass vaccination following WHO’s declaration of a pandemic level 6.
As a result of this declaration, WHO has acquired unprecedented powers to determine what activities governments undertake in relation to this so-called “pandemic”; it can even make vaccine mandatory, impose quarantines and restrict travel in the event of a pandemic emergency under the International Health Regulations 2005 and national government’s pandemic plans. WHO is entitled to take control of the health and security services in the event of a pandemic emergency in order to carry through mass forced vaccinations, according to pandemic plans that have, however, not yet been used.
Baxter and Novartis executives sit on a key vaccine advisory board of WHO that recommended to WHO mass global vaccinations in response to the “swine flu”. This has ensured a high demand for Baxter vaccines from governments such as in the Czech Republic, and bumper profits for Baxter.
WHO has refused to release the minutes of this key meeting on July 7th, sparking fears that vaccine companies influenced the decision to recommend mass vaccinations.
The “swine flu” so far has caused neglible numbers of death, and there is no sign of it mutating to become more lethal, making it difficult to justify the mass vaccinations on health grounds.
Indeed, some medical experts argue the vaccines are not just superfluous, they are actually dangerous, something that Baxter’s refusal to offer the Czech government guarantees of the vaccine’s safety or to accept liability for damages underlines.
As demonstrated by two WHO memos from 1972 found by Patrick Jordan that can be seen on Dr Rebecca Carley’s website, http://www.drcarley.com, the “swine flu” vaccine recommended by WHO uses new technology to kill in a three-pronged approach.
The first shot shuts off the immune system with toxoids.
The second shot injects a huge doses of virus into the body, a virus which the body cannot fight because the immune system has been swtiched off.
The third shot turns on the T cell system in the body, the chemicals in the body that should destroy a virus.
The massive activation of the T cells in a body infiltrated with viruses causes a huge inflammatory response or a cytokine storm.
To expose the populations of the world to the risks associated with this, one of the most dangerous vaccines ever manufactured, and when there is minimal threat to their health posed by the swine flu, is something that cannot be justified on health or any grounds.
The refusal of Baxter to offer the Czech Republic guarantees as to the safety of the vaccine will reinforce fears that Baxter and other vaccine companies have been developing and are now about to implement a deadly programme of biowarfare against the civilian population with the help of WHO, the UN and the EU.
