Vladimir Putin has signed a decree drafing 150,000 new troops into the Russian army as the Syrian conflict intensifies.
But few people in the UK and Europe are aware that the Lisbon Treaty allows for young people to be conscripted into a European army.
The fear that Irish children could be conscripted into an EU army was one of the reasons why Ireland rejected the Lisbon Treaty in a referendum in June 2008. Ireland was the only country allowed to vote on the Lisbon Treaty.
The treaty was amended and legal guarantees were secured by Ireland to stop conscription before the Irish were asked to vote again in October 2009.
That means that every country that signed the Lisbon Treaty apart from Ireland has facilitated the conscription of young men and women into an EU army.
That includes the UK, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Italy, Greece, Estonia, Latvaia, Lithuania among others.
As the Syrian conflict escalates drawing in Russian, French and now German troops, an information campaign needs to be launched to warn Europeans that many of them can potentially be conscripted into fighting in the Middle East.
The European Commission can, it appears from the terms of the Lisbon Treat, sign a decree just like Vladimir Putin compelling potentially millions of young men and women in the UK and in Europe to serve in a war in the Middle East.
This amid fears that a significant number of ISIS terrorists have entered Germany and Europe disguised as refugees and when the huge influx of migrants is leading to a break down in law and order in Germany.
300 migrants started a conflict in a home in Berlin Tempelhof at 2 pm this afternoon using knives and weapons, injuring two security men and requiring 300 riot police to control.
Fights broke out in migrant homes in the Berlin districts of Kreuzberg, Spandau und Tempelhof, and Stendal. Five migrants were injuried in Klietz.
When Germany can no longer afford to feed and house the vast number of migrants, there is going to be a huge pool of disaffected potential recruits to ISIS inside Germany’s borders.
Mass rapes such as those committed by ISIS fighters in Iraq can be expected.
Meanwhile, Angela Merkel is to send 1200 German troops to fight ISIS in Syrian in an escalation of the conflict.
