The EU is warning Greece it will be pushed out of the Schengen passport-free travel zone unless it re imposes border controls by mid-December after the Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras has refused EU offers of help.
Globalist Tsipras, together with Werner Faymann and Angela Merkel have played key roles in the engineered migrant crisis by dropping border controls in coordination.
With the Balkan countries closing their borders, Greece could soon find hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of migrants stranded inside its borders. In addition, there is a threat of ISIS terrorists infiltrating migrant routes.
The government of Macedonia has finished the construction of the first section of electrical fence along its busiest border crossing with Greece, and is now starting to construct another 40 kilometres of fence.
In the last few weeks, Slovenia, Croatia, and Serbia have also built fences and barriers at its busiest border crossings and now only allow passage of refugees from Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan.
There is a real danger of a rapid build up of stranded migrants in Greece. Riots at the Macedonian border were only brought under control by police using tear case, rubber bullets and stun grenades.
The migrant protests have disrupted the railway line and hurt business.
Migrants have been returned to Athens by the UHNCR.
The UNHCR is seeking 7000 appartments to accommodate 20,000 migrants due to settle in Greece under the quota system by the end of the year. The move to place migrants in private apparments coincides with a big push by Tsipras to repossess houses.
Not able any more to feed its own population, Greece will certainly not be able to feed potentially millions of migrants, creating the risk of massive social unrest and even war.
Fishermen, boat owners and yacht owners in Greece should start taking action to patrol the sea border if Tsipras refuses to do so.
Unions, clubs and associations can organize sea patrols in coordination with the Greek and Turkish coast guards or EU border guards if they seize control of the border, which they might have to.
