EU commission has concluded Greece ‘seriously neglected’ border duties under Schengen agreement, and warned that if Greece fails to control border in within three months it could be sealed out of the pass port free Schengen zone as countries reinstate internal border controls.
The crack down comes as it has emerged that 60% of the people coming to Europe from the Middle East and Africa are economic migrants using asylum-seeker status as a cover, and as arrivals so far this year have increased 36 fold.
The Czech republic is calling an emergency meeting of the Visegrad Four countries, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary to discuss ways of helping Macedonia and Bulgaria bolster security along Schengen’s borders if they are not part of Schengen.
In March, Greek defence minister Panos Kammenos announced that Greece would send economic migrants and ISIS terrorists to Europe to press more money for the bankers.
Shortly afterwards, Alexis Tsipras opened detention centres and dropped border controls.
This is the same Panos Kammenos who is pushing for crushing taxes on farmers and professional groups while allowing the elite who have off shore bank accounts in Switzerland to go untaxed.
