Junior doctors in the UK will go on strike for three further 48-hour periods in an attempt to stop a new contract, the British Medical Association has said.
The strike comes after the government decided to impose a contract on junior doctors as part of a growing trend of authoritarianism across the UK and Europe.
A free and democratic society is characterized by respect for the law, respect for others and by a willingness to negotiate matters that strike to the heart of whether junior doctors can continue to perform their job and care for patients at all.
But we do not have a free society. We have a society run by private banks through puppet politicians who are determined to squeeze every last pound and euro from people’s pockets under the pretext of austerity or the payment of interest on the private creation of money.
In the UK, the junior doctors and British people who use the NHS are supposed to pay the bankers with a pound of their flesh.
In Greece, the farmers, lawyers and other professional groups are supposed to pay the bankers with a pound of their flesh, and they have also launched unprecedented strikes to protect their basic right to practise their protection and live.
The solution to austerity is sovereign money.
