VICTORY AT LARISA COURT

The judge at Larisa court today rejected the request of lawyer Simos Samaras for a temporary injunction, forbidding me to public evidence of his wrong doing and the wrong doing of his associates.

The actual hearing on the Samaras defamation lawsuit is set for 8th April 2016 at Larisa civil court.

By rejecting Samaras’ request for a temporary injunction, the judge struck a blow for freedom of speech and freedom of the press and also for justice.
Samaras and his witnesses Konstantinos Christopoulos and Theodekti Vallianatou attempted to push through a judgement by giving perjured evidence and by breaking a nationwide lawyer’s strike to put me at a disadvantage since I am compelled to be represented by a lawyer under a new civil court procedure which came into effect in Greece on January 1st, 2016.

A big thank you to all the lawyers who have kindly helped me by showing up at Larisa court in the past few weeks and declaring they are on strike!

The judgement is here…
