TWO SPEED INTERNET COMMENCES IN EUROPE

The controversial two-tier Internet came into operation in Europe today.

The Irish Times has criticised two speed internet, saying the “proposal fatally undermines the principle of net neutrality, which holds that ISPs should treat all internet content as equal.”

In the USA, the telcoms watchdog barred two speed internet as contrary to public interest, showing just how much the EU has been captured by corporations.
