Any legal challenge by a lawyer or a candidate needs to be submitted by midnight June 8th electronically to the Constitutional court. The amount of votes challenged has to be enough to have affected the outcome of the election. Since establishment candidate Alexander van der Bellen won with the razor thin majority of 31,000 votes, that bar should not be hard to meet.
Given the evidence of so much election fraud (there are reports of thousands of cases of data errors), the aim surely has to be to get a recount. especially of the postal votes and rejected ballots, or a re run of the election.
Every citizen can also file charges, it seems. Every citizen belonging to every party is affected by voter fraud.
