CREDITORS KEEP UP THE PRESSURE ON TSIPRS


With the tranche of 7.5 billion euros about to be released, creditors are pushing the government Of Alexis Tsipras to undertake a new slew of measures to keep the program on track and the loan funding flowing.

Laws to tax the Orthodox church, end the payment of the salaries of thousands of Orthodox clergy by taxpayers and to repatriate land, property from the Orthodox church to the Greek state would also add a significant amount to the state coffers.
