Boris Johnson wrote two articles for the Daily Telegraph, one for and one against the EU following the Brussels deal of David Cameron in February, suggests Der Standard.
The article in favour of the EU disappeared. Johnson printed a pamphlet for the Brexit reinforcing the notion that Johnson is positioning himself to take over as Prime Minister in the event of a Brexit.
Boris Johnson is a member of the Oxford University Bullingdon Club like David Cameron.
The revelation that he has taken over the Leave camp out of political opportunism and not out of conviction reinforces the notion Johnson is a “fake or controlled opposition”.
