“This is so moving,” tweets Louise Mensch, former Tory MP, showing a clip of one of the rank and file soldiers who has fought the incredible Battle of Brexit weep on her front door step at the news of victory.
More Brits turned out to vote “Leave” on June 23rd than for anything in British history. They manned the twitter guns, took up positions in the facebook trenches to shoot down the lies and propaganda of Brussels and Berlin, to fight for democracy, sovereignty, the NHS and against conscription in an EU army.
And some like Tanya Thompson in Burnley even advanced across open ground when the air was dark with smoke and dust and deadly splinters zipped everywhere in their bright red shirts to deliver leaflets to their neighbours, discuss the issues with other voters and enlighten them on the need to vote “Leave”.
And this morning, the steel of Brits was tested again. They woke up to find themselves under the fiercest propaganda bombardment since World War Two. For twelve solid hours during the night and into the early hours of Sunday morning, the Brussels and German Stukas dive-bombed the British positions, dropping, without a pause, wave after wave of propaganda bombs.
Germany’s mainstream media coverage of the Brexit has always been biased with journalists breaking into wild cheers and applause when EU commander Jean Claude Junker defiantly declared the Brexit did not mean the end of the imperial EU.
But never has the Berlin and Brussels media mounted such a fierce attack against Great Britian as it did today.
The massed guns of the Springer Verlag, the Burda Verlag, and the British Lord Haw Haw media started an attempt to break the will of the British people last night, stop the Brexit and force a new referendum to their liking.
Brussels storm trooper commander Martin Schulz gave the UK an ultimatum. Surrender by Tuesday, and apply for article 50, accept EU dominance in the Brexit negotiations or face annihilation, meltdown, collapse.
His demand was accompanied by a wave of propaganda, showing picturs of Brexit voters, weeping with regret over their votes, young people accusing their elders of betraying them.
All day long the headlines rolled over the media. They menaced the Brits with catastrophic reactions on the financial markets. Trillions wiped off the stock markets. Banks and companies leaving the country. A recession.
Hour after hour, Brussels and Berlin Stukas dive bombed British positions. All night without a pause wave after wave of Junkers and Stukas passed over the cities of England. Bombs whistled through the air. Messages of mass protests against Brexit. ISIS attacks triggered by Brexit.
When the enemy saw that they could not crush joy, elation, hope, pride, the Brits at liberation, they redoubled their efforts to crush the British spirit, sew division and animosity.
Internet petitions were thrown into the propaganda battle.
Every hour another million, fake votes sent from an offshore source (in the Ukraine?), threw their weight behind a demand a new referendum.
And when it seemed the bombardment could not get and fiercer, the leader of the syndicate, George Soros himself wrote on Project Syndicate that the UK was finished, at an end, the people would end up impoverished, destroyed along with the whole EU. (Hooray!)
Soros blamed the the wave of illegal immigration, omitting to mention he himself had recommended just that illegal immigration only ten months ago, in an article dated September 26th, 2015 exactly.
The threats were relentless and came from unexpected directions as the enemy mobilised all their resources.
In the northern flank, U boat Kapitan Nichola Sturgeon switched sides and declared in a propaganda coup that Scotland would declare itself unilateraly a member of the EU, accept the slave wage euro and the yoke of servitude under her whip. This establishment looser, who wants to take Scotland onto the sinking ship of the euro and EU, has threatened to use a veto to stop the Brexit. That should be a signal to the Scots to oust Sturgeon.
In the west, fellow U boat Kommandant Gerry Adams called for a vote to unify Northern and Southern Ireland, threatening new violence and conflicts.
Inside the UK, the mayor of London threatend to set up a separate city state under the control of the EU.
Lord Haw Haw, and fake anti EU leader Nigel Farage, went on TV, first to concede defeat, and, then, when victory was declared, to say that he had been lying about all the promises he had made in the Brexit campaign. His message of saving the NHS, democracy andprosperity was a lie. The UK would get miserably poorer, be ruined. His message called on the UK people to repent, see the error of their ways, and unite together in calling for a second referendum and vote to accept Brussels domination.
Succession battles and coups broke out in the Tory and Labour party. Brussels backed Jeremy Corbyn fired his biggest opponent in a midnight duel. Massed ranks of his soldiers, Corbynistas, organized through the shadowy “shock troop” Momentum movement leader Jon Lansman, which threatens moderate Labour MPS, brought up their heavy guns during the night. By morning half the Labour shadow cabinet had resigned.
The battle for control of the Tory group was no less fierce with pro EU forces trying to put their puppets into power to position themselves to getcross party vote to revoke the referendum result by October if they could not derail a Brexit immediately.
What or who in Britain could withstand this bombardment?
Surely, the morale of the Brits must have crumbled by today? Surely, with the enemy forces were advancing along the entire propaganda front, concentrating their attack on the parliament, their will must be broken this Sunday morning?
But no. The thin defensive line of twitter and the social media withstood the superhuman pressure.
Unexpected heroes emerged to hold the front line.
Louise Mensch and her twitter account advanced into the thick of the action and solid aerial bombardment.
Firing back with facts, the small band destroyed the propaganda of the enemy.
They wrecked the propaganda that young people in the UK regretted the Leave vote by pointing out that 81% of all young people in the UK did not go to vote at all. The enemy propaganda attempting to portray the young Brits as a bitter group betrayed by their parents was exploded with good humoured cracks about how the young people couldn’t “give a monkeys” about the EU as their low voter turnout showed.
Even the enemy media channel Bild newspaper had to admit it was true. A Bild infographic showed that only 25% of the young people in the UK had voted in the referendum. A 75% Remain vote of 25% means just 19% of the young people under age of 25 voted for Remain. That means 81% did not Remain. That means that there is no generation divide as Lady Haw Haws like transgender Paris Lees claims.
And why, if the young people regretted the Leave vote, did they blame the elder generation and not other young people for not voting? Disarming commonsense. Simple questions that the enemy propaganda could not answer.
The heroic fighters on the twitter line did not stop there. They dashed into the murderous fire of the massive internet petition demanding a new referendum crashing through the front line. Every hour, another million votes, increased the pressure.
But when the twitters found out hat the votes were fake and coming from abroad, the ten thousand tons of scrap metal from the crashed petition littered the ground.
And then there was the single handgrenade lobbed at Nigel Farage’s lies that he represented vote leave in the form of the clearly spoken “Fuck off, Nige. You’re not even an MP or member of Vote Leave.”
Thousands of tons of propaganda bombs, mines and shells had fallen on Britain on the third day of independence alone but still the twitter account held out. The twitter, without ever once looking back, tweeted and retweeted facts for they knew that behind them lay the fate of the people of Burnely, of Rochford, Forest Heath, Eden, Erewash, Wealden, Stoke, Stanley, Cherwell, Deane, St Helens, Amber Valley, Arun, Wigan, Broxbourne.
For in the heat of the battle, a strange bond had grown up between the people fighting for independence. Former Conservative MP Louise Mensch wrote about how she had always thought in “Tory” versus “Labour” terms. But the battle of the Brexit had found her fighting beside Labour supporters and others she hadconsidered her opponents. The challenges, the dangers, the threats, the efforts had created a new bond between them.
“In the small hours of Friday morning, we realized with a start that the sleepers were stirring, the forgotten people had gone to their polling stations and spoken. Blackburn with Darwen. Blaenau Gwent, Fylde, Fenland; they kept on coming,” says Allison Pearson in The Telegraph.
“We do have to face the possibility that Leave will win. It’s a real kick to the British establishment,” Professor Vernon Bogdanor told the BBC. Good grief, so it was actually happening. “England! awake! awake! awake!”
Best summing up the mood of the country was perhaps a cartoon retweeted by John Cleese showing defiant knights dressed in awesome black and poised to draw their swords as they encounter a Brussels enemy patrol in a dark forest.
