My final draft for my civil case. Soros clergy puppet Theodekti breaks the rules and cheats yet again?


Well, dear readers, I have almost finished my civil case submission. Read the English draft below. I had to cover as many angles as I could because Theodekti is a dangerous liar, and seems to have the Larisa judges in her pocket.

Just a few more lines left to be translated into Greek and a few details left to be clarified. Then, my lawyer has to review it.

Thursday 2 pm is the absolute deadline to hand in the case and the evidence. Theodekti’s lawyer is also going to deposit something just before the deadline, no doubt, to make sure I can’t see it on time and respond. But is that allowed? Isn’t the point that I can see what the defendant says and can respond? I will complain about this also to the Areios Pagos and ask if this is allowed at all or to see the evidence.

What does Theodekti want to deposit that she does not want me desperately to see? An envelope stuffed with money to bribe the judge? Forged receipts? Whatever it is, I will ask to be allowed to see the evidence and to respond.

In September 2016, I provided with the submission of my civil lawsuit both direct and indirect evidence that Theodekti and Theonike harmed me and have kept 96,000 euros of my donations.

In this civil case, Theodekti continues her strategy of blaming and attacking the credibility of me, her victim, a strategy she uses in her criminal case. She has concocted a pack of lies in the testimony she has written claiming I am unstable, threatening, always drunk. She claims that she returned the huge sum of 60,000 XX euros in cash to me in small amounts but does not give  any receipts or any proof. She cannot give any proof because she never returned the money and is lying.

I was made to sign receipts for all the money I took from my cash pile, including the 18,000 euros. These receipts have been withheld because they prove that I took out only small sums, about 6000 altogether, at very infrequent intervals and almost all of that went straight to the monastery. The only money I spent on myself was the 900 euros I signed for in December 2014 for my trip to Patmos.
Key evidence is the fact that Theoktisti attempted to bribe my lawyer on April 27th 2015 as my then lawyer Christopoulos has admitted in writing.  Christopoulos admitted to Kirsten Funke in an email on XX that the bribery attempt occurred and that Theoktisti had asked Christopoulos to make sure I did not ask for my money back. That proves I did not get my money back and that Theodekti and Theoktisti never wanted to return it to me.  (Evidence X)

But Theoktisti and Theodekti  continue their blame the victim tactics ignoring the fact that Konstantinos Christopoulos has admitted in writing that Theoktisti tried to bribe him in April 27th 2015 on behalf of Theodekti to cover up her crimes and also he has admitted that Theoktisti told him to make sure I did not get my money back.

New facts on the issue of harm

 The Areios Pagos in Athens has ordered a new investigation to be opened in the de facto murder attempt made against me by Theodekti and Theoniki on account of my journalism activities.
The case number is E (Evidence x)
I gave testimony to the investigating judge Vasiliki XX in Office 8, 1st floor, Larisa court, on October 24th and 25th about Theodekti and Theoniki’s original crimes and fresh crimes, as well as the crimes of lawyers Konstantinos Christopoulos, Simos Samaras and various police officers.
The judge asked Theodekti  Theoniki, other nuns and the Bishop of Volos among other witnesses  to give testimony in October and in November. They refused to do so, underlining their guilt.
As a result of the new investigation, I was able to apply for the postponement of the trial of Theodekti and Theoniki for XX and XX on November 28th 2016.
In fact the court was adjourned long before my case was heard. One case concerning the same charge as Theodekti, XX, took about two hours. The judge, prosecutor, lawyers questioned witnesses and examined documents. This underlines the normal standards of proof for a case involving an extremely large sum of money like mine.

The Areios Pagos in September also ordered an investigation into the cover up of the original crime by judges and prosecutors in Larisa. The case number is XX

My proofs

While I have been able to supply direct and indirect evidence that Theodekti did not return the money to me, Theodekti herself has been unable to supply any proof she did.

My bank statements prove that I made the transfers totaling 96,000 euros to Theodekti’s private bank account or to her Skete’s account in Estonia. (Evidence X)

Theodekti’s claim that I asked for tens of thousands of euros back to buy things and she gave the money to me and I bought things with it is, therefore, clearly false. I did not use cash to buy things for myself, but I bought things for myself online. This is proven.
Theoktisti as the bursar has the few receipts I signed and knows that the tor\tal amount was only about 6,000 euros and almost all went to the monastery.

For example, I am sure I signed a receipt for a 1000 euros on 9th 10th 2014 or a day earlier. All that money went to Theofili who left for Estonia. Theoktisti knows that I never received a cent. She took it from my cash pile and gave it straight to Theofili.

Emails and other circumstantial evidence prove that some of my Amazon purchases were made for Theodekti.
Witnesses can prove (Theoktisti admits) that I gave significant cash and kind donations such as tablets and a laptop computer.

Theodekti’s own private accounts prove that she never returned any money to me or even spent my donations on the things she claimed to me she had spent them

A Eurobank statement from April 27th 2015 proves that I left Greece with less than 10,000 euros in cash, the legal limit for travelers in Europe.  (Evidence X)

According to the law, anyone travelling with more than 10,000 euros in Europe in cash can have that money confiscated or be detained at an airport. From the 18,000 euros that I signed a receipt for on April 20th, I had spent about 4,000 euros that week in the transport of my things and on the lawyer’s fees. I had about 14000 euros left in cash. To make sure I was under the cash limit of 10,000 euros, I used the bank account of my lawyer in Larisa transfer the rest, 4000 euros,  to my Deutsche Bank account. I do not have a bank account in Greece and could not pay 4,000 euros in cash into my German account here.
The Eurobank statements (Evidence X) prove that I left Greece on April 28th 2015 with less than 10,000 euros in cash. This proves that I did not build up a secret cash pile in the monastery and I did not take any big cash pile out of Greece. It is proven from my Amazon purchases that I bought things online, mainly books in English, and did not spend large amounts of cash. If I did not spend tens of thousands of euros in Larisa and did not take tens of thousands of euros with me when I left Greece in April 2015, then, it follows I did not get the money back from Theodekti.

The receipt states and so proves that I received only 18,000 euros back, a sum which could have come from my own cash and kind contributions and not from my bank transfers, as one of my last transfers of 13,000 euros was for the Skete in Estonia. It follows that Theodekti cannot have taken that money to put it in a cash pile for me. The cash must have come from other sources.

I was made to sign receipts for all the money I took from my cash pile, including the 18,000 euros. The absence of all proof from Theodekti that the money was returned to me.
(Theodekti) has supplied (no) bank accounts. (Yet supplying her own private bank accounts is a simple thing for her  to do. She has supplied her bank accounts so because she knows very well) Her bank accounts () show that my money was never returned to me and that she lied.
 She has supplied no receipts for any of the money because she knows I never got it back.

To explain the money away, she invents the lie that I was given cash out of the income which the monastery derives from selling its products.

The only“proofs” Theodekti produces are five of my own emails which are taken out of context, and which are part of my proofs against them. She produces no receipts, no emails, no accounts, no documents to back up a single claim.

Also, Theodekti does not address any of my proofs such as the proof that she and Theoktisti tried to bribe my then lawyer on April 27th 2015 in the form of his own written confirmation. She makes no mention of this crucial proof at all mention of this at all. She does not explain why her and Theoniki’s statements to Ajia police in November 2018 are contradicted by the statements of the other two witnesses Garyfalya and Roula.

Moreover,  Theodekti has used her position as Abbess to get two key witnesses who are dependent on her, Theoktisti and Angeliki, to repeat her pack of lies. That the statement of Theoktisti and Angeliki are  filled with lies is proven by the way they contradict the statements that Theodekti and Theoniki, Roula and Garyfalya gave to the police in Ajia in November 2015 in vital points. (Evidence X)

Theoktisti and Angeliki appear to have been pressured to sign the testimonies by Theodekti. According to the notary, Theokisti and Angeliki had appointments of one half an hour each on December 15th 2016. Theoktisti’s statement is XX pages long. It is not possible for her to have given such a long statement orally in half an hour. More realistically, it would have taken her three or four hours to dictate a statement of that length orally. That means that Theoktisti’s statement must have been prepared beforehand and given for her to sign in the notary’s office. My lawyer told me that Theoktisti and Angeliki would sign written.

But my lawyer said both Angeliki and Theoktisti would merely sign written statements.

It is not clear if Theodekti or even the Bishop of Volos wrote the statementsf. It is not clear if Theoktisti was pressured to sign in the office or not. After all, the public notary was chosen by Theodekti presumably together with the Bishop of Volos, for he has total control of her actions, especially sensitive legal actions.

Neither I nor my lawyer attended because it was clear that Theodekti controlled the witnesses’ statement.

Theodekti has already been proven to have placed witness Theoktisti, who is dependent on her, under pressure to lie.

My  then lawyer Konstantinos Christopoulos admitted in writing that Theoktisti t rang him on behalf of Theodekti to try to bribe him in April 27th 2015 just one hour after tricking me into telling her his mobile phone number.

Also, a video proves Theoktisti lied to cover up the crimes of Theodekti during a conference on digital media organized by the Orthodox Church in Athens about one week later, between 7th and 9th of May 2015.

At time point 11 minutes 22 seconds, Theoktisti turns to the translators and says she will skip the next page of her prepared talk. She alleges she does not want to go over time. However,  her talk is short, only 14 minutes and 29 seconds, and there is no obvious time pressure.

She then claims that the monastery has been subject to digital terror, “to do with slanderous emails” and blog, from people who “needed specialized help”. She claims the monastery can do nothing about the “slanderous” information unless the go to court, but says “what is the point if the people are sick?”

In fact, as Theoktisti knew very well at that time, I had filed charges at the police station in Larisa and caught her trying to bribe my lawyer, something I posted on my blog.

So, the real reason why Theodekti and Theoktisti could not file a lawsuit against me was that they knew what I said was true and based on facts. Also, a  civil defamation lawsuit against Kirsten Funke had been filed by Theodekti at that time in Germany.

Yet Theoktisti lied to the conference about what can clearly be identified as my blog. She was obviously under pressure to cover up the crimes of Theodekti from the highest levels of the church. The Bishop of Volos and other clergy had been informed by me of the crimes.

These facts show that Theoktisti can be pressured to lie by Theodekti. Theoktisti’s written statement to the public notary on December 15th, therefore, has to be seen in this light.

Theodekti said to me on April 19th 2015 the nuns would say whatever she told them to and Theoktistis testimony is an example.

But In their civil testimonies all three adopt  the same blame the victim tactics.

Theodekti presents me as an unreasonable, threatening person who files legal action against every one without reason.

I am supposed to be unstable, but at the same time Theodekti admits I am so credible that a mother took her daughter from the monastery after reading my blog about Theodekti’s crimes. The mother saw my evidence and rightly became worried about her daughter.

Theodekti mocks me for claiming Theoktisti is at risk from Theodekti and as an essential witness to her crimes. Yet  Theoktisti’s false testimony underlines how much pressure she is under from Theodekti to lie to cover up her own crimes and the crimes of Theoniki. They are both financially dependent on her. Theodekti and her enabler, the Bishop of Volos, are inciting her to lie on cover up serious crimes.

The idea is to present me as an unstable person who files legal action against every one without reason. I deny this accusation. 

I have never filed any legal action, for example, against St George, Karditsa. I never contacted the lawyer XX as claimed. I have never heard this name of this alleged lawyer until now. Theodekti also supplies  no proof whatsoever that I did take legal action against St George, no court records, no emails to the lawyer. In fact, I wrote a report for the Holy Synod about St George on the request of Theodekti and Theoktisti. An email proves I sent them a copy of that report for the Holy Synod. (Evidence X)

But at the same time as Theodekti claims that I file baseless legal action against everyone and am threatening her, she also claims she did not ask for any receipt when she returned to me a huge sum of cash. In fact, she never returned to me this huge sum of cash. Theodekti and Theoktisti lie and invent a list of dates when they say they returned the case, sometimes every few days, and yet they claim that they did not ask for a receipt when they were keeping such accurate records. I deny that I got the money back.

In fact, was made to sign receipts for all the money I took from my cash pile, including the 18,000 euros. These receipts because they prove that I took out only small sums, about 6000 altogether, at very infrequent intervals and almost all of that went straight to the monastery. Theodekti said that Ajia police told her to call the prosecutor to have me forcibly confined. Why, then, did Theodekti not actually call the prosecutor if I was really so unstable and self harming? Theodekti didn’t because she knew she had committed a crime against me on account of my journalism activities and there were many witnesses. She did not want an investigation. She had expected the local police to come and ask no questions. 

According to Theodekti, I was then told to leave.

Why wasn’t I told before to leave before if the solution to my instability, drunkenness and self harming was just to tell me to leave rather than to have me forcibly confined. 

The fact is I wanted to go and Theodekti tried to stop me when I asked for my cash pile back from Theoktisti. Theodekti could no longer stop me from going. Roula confirms in her statement to Ajia police that she was told to collect me because I wanted to leave the monastery.
Theodekti said to me on April 19th 2015 the nuns would say whatever she told them to and Theoktistis testimony is an example.

Kirsten Funke has also testified in writing that I never drank or self harmed at St George in Karditsa, and that I went straight from St George to St John the Forerunner. (Evidence X)

To undermine my credibility I am also presented as an alcoholic person spending thousands of euros every week or so on alcohol. I deny this accusation. 

Kirsten Funke has sent a letter in Greek testifying that in the time she knew me at the monastery of St George in Karditsa, where I was before I went to St John the forerunner, I did not drink or self harm, underlining that Theodekti and Theoniki lied about me. Evidence
I have never, for example, ordered any wine or tsipouro from Kyria Stella as Theodekti claims. I do not know who this person is. Theodekti also supplies no proof whatsoever that I ordered wine and Tsiopouro from Kyria Stella. In fact, it is Theodekti who ordered wine and tsipouro worth several thousand euros for the monastery and for her consumption and the consumption of the nuns from local people, and maybe Kyria Stella, using my money. I did not.

Theodekti and Theoktisti claim I was constantly drunk and yet they want to claim they gave me, a person constantly drunk person, a vast sum of money in cash to spend on drink.

Firstly, not even a famous alcoholic Richard Burton would have been able to drink 60,000 euros of wine and tsipouro in one and a half years and live.

Let’s do the calculations. If I spent about 60,000 euros in cash on alcohol in one and a half years, that means I spent nearly 800 euros every single week on wine and Tsipouro. Tsipouro is a a strong distilled spirit containing 40-45% alcohol by volume. It costs about 10 euros for a 750 milimetre bottle in Larisa. That means Theodekti and Theoktisti allege I drank the equivalent of 80 bottles of tsipouro a week or eleven bottles of Tsipouro every single day. That is more than 8 liters of Tsipouro a day.
The lethal dose level for alcohol is a 50% blood alcohol concentration level. If I were to drink eleven bottles of Tsipouro in one week, I, like the average person would be dead . I would need to be a medical miracle, or a hundred foot tall giant with a body weight of about a 800 kilos, to drink the equivalent of 8 litres of strong spirits every single day, day in, day out for one and half years and not reach a lethal concentration of alcohol in my blood.

Secondly, what responsible nun or Abbess would  give an alleged alcoholic 60,000 euros of their cash to spend on lethal doses of alcohol  day in, day out and then complain they are always unstable and drunk. On the one hand, Theodekti and Theoktisti criticize me for being allegedly constantly drunk even at the funeral of Theoclete.

On the other hand, they imply it was reasonable for them to  allegedly give me an enormous amount of cash to spend on lethal doses of alcohol drink every single day,  in fact, enough cash to drink 8 litres of Tsipouro every single day.

So, in this variation of the blame the victim tactic, they actually suggest they tried to kill me with drink. For they assert they enabled me to buy thousands of euros of wine and Tsipouro in cash every single week and I used it to drink constantly. It is a matter of common sense that if you give an alcoholic that much money and they spend it drinking 8 liters of strong spirits every day, they will kill themselves in a few days at most.

t speaks volumes about the moral bankruptcy of Theodekti and Theoktisti that their only fake explanation of what happened to all that cash is that they enabled a constantly drunken person, allegedly even drunk at the funeral of a sister, to drink themselves to death by giving them vast amounts of cash to spend on lethal doses of spirits every single day.

In fact, I was not drunk at the funeral of Theoclete, which was attended by the whole monastery and many others, including Garyfalya and Roula. If I had been drunk everyone would have noticed. Garyfalya and Roula would have included this incident in their statements to the Ajia police in November 2015, but they never mention me being drunk once because I was not.\

Kirsten Funke has also testified in writing that I never drank or self harmed at St George in Karditsa, and that I went straight from St George to St John the Forerunner. (Evidence X)

I do drink alcohol in moderation. For example, I drink red wine with beef, which I eat because of blood deficiencies. I also drink whiskey to prevent colds. I did ask Roula to bring me wine and sometimes some whiskey along with beef etc. But these are small items and cost perhaps 100 euros a month at most, certainly not thousands.

A lot of the few bottles of whiskey I  asked Roula to buy went to Theodekti. She claimed that it was the only thing that cured her back problems. In fact, the monastery brews its own whiskey, so if I were such an alcoholic I would not have bought any whiskey at all but have drunk theirs. 

I also gave two bottles of whiskey as presents to two people living close to the monastery. 

It speaks about the deeper moral problems of Theodekti and Theoktisti that they are claiming I turned into a suicidal, self harming, chronic alcohol virtually the moment I arrived at their monastery and they actually helped me on this path of destruction by giving me thousands of euros a cash virtually every week to spend on drinking lethal doses of Tsipouro and wine.

In fact, I am such a good, sober and accurate person and journalist that even George Soros, the world’s most dangerous man, follows my blog closely and targets me as one of the biggest points of opposition to his agenda as I have been able to prove.  (Evidence X)

The reality is Theodekti said to me that my blog was the reason why she tried to have me confined in front of the witnesses in the corridor.

Theodekti and Theokitsti claim I transferred money huge sums of money to the private bank account of Theodekti only to immediately ask for it back in small amounts of cash.

The idea must be present me as an unstable lunatic who transfers vast sums to the private bank account of Theodekti only to ask for that money back in small amounts  to spend on lethal doses of alcohol. But if I wanted  to get all my money out of Deutsche Bank in small amounts of cash, I could have gone regularly to Larisa and gotten it out of a bank.

In a new variation of the blame the victim tactic, Theodekti tries to portray me as an unstable, financial idiot who cannot get cash out of a bank. In order to get cash, I transfer vast sums to the private bank account of Theodekti using the word donations for clearly designated things like solar power, which Theodekti then returned to me in small amounts without asking for a receipt and without insisting I do not use word donation in my transfers.

Twisting herself in more contradictions, Theodekti keeps claiming I am always looking for baseless reasons to take legal action.  Theodekti cannot explain why she accepted any bank transfers from me with the word donations if it was only to give it all back to me as cash in smaller amounts. Moreover, she cannot explain why she allegedly allowed me to drink lethal doses of alcohol every single day with that cash if she knew that I had transferred so much money to her and was likely to die from alcohol poisoning any day.

In fact, my bank statements show I did regularly take 400 euros in cash from banks in Larisa and this cash went in a large measure to the nuns. So, I am capable of getting cash out of a bank. To get cash out of a bank I do not need to transfer vast sums to the private account of Theodekti for her to give it to me in small amounts on a weekly basis.

Theodekti’ wants everyone to believe that the monastery can sell so many products week in, week out, also in winter that it can afford to give me nearly 60, 000 euros in cash. And yet she claims at the same time that they are so poor that she accepts donations. Why does Theodekti need any donations from me if the monastery makes so much money in cash every week surplus to its needs?

Theodekti and Theoktisti invent a list of exact dates when this huge sum of cash was allegedly returned to me in small parts. But if they kept such exact records, they would have insisted on me signing a receipt.

They cannot say I was too drunk to sign. I had to sign a receipt for the 18,000 euros before I left the monastery on April 20th 2015 when I was also allegedly drunk. 

So why did they not ask me to sign a receipt for the much larger sum of nearly 60,000 euros allegedly given to me at very frequent, short intervals sometimes of only a few days? It is clear that they are lying.

And why if the cash was given to me out of the weekly income of the monastery was there a stockpile of 18,000 euros at all in the Skete of Theodekti? How does Theodekti explain that money?

(Theodekti) says she is not legally liable for the money I sent to her own Skete in Estonia when the monastery’s own website shows a picture of her there as the Abbess and when she sent me an email with the Skete’s bank account. She lies brazenly knowing that everyone can see she is lying. 

Furthermore, the Eurobank statements of Christopoulos prove that I complied with the law and did not leave Greece with more than 10,000 euros in cash.They prove that I asked Christopoulos to transfer the surplus to my Deutsche Bank account one day before I left Greece. And yet even as I take responsible action to comply with the law, Theodekti claims I am such a financial idiot that I cannot get cash out of a bank at a cash point but have to transfer it all to her private bank account first.

It is clear I was totally sober when I filed charges and arranged my financial affairs and travel plans. So, Theodekti and Theoktisti have to account for how come I became a chronic alcoholic drinking the quivalent 8 litres of Tsipouro a day the instant I set foot in their monastery and the instant I left their monastery I ceased to be an alcoholic and drink the equivalent of 8 litres a day. 

Theodekti’s own back accounts show she did not spend the money on the things she told me she was going to spend them on and which are specified on my transfers like solar energy etc. Therefore, I have been doubly defrauded. If Theodekti did not spend the money on all things she told me she would spent it, she must still have the money.

Yet in a curious statement, Theodekti also admits she got and kept the money, but says if  it was spent, I can t the money back because it was spent and therefore not there.

Theoktisti employs  tactics of blaming the victim and placing the guilt for a non existent crime on me rather than on the monstrous criminal that Theodekti is. Not exactly the tactics one would expect from a nun and an Oxford graduate who lists all her many university degrees.

After all, it is clear that Theoktisti knows Theodekti is guilty of brutal crimes against me. Otherwise  Theoktisti would never have tired to bribe my lawyer Christopoulos within one hour of tricking out of me his number by claiming to be a victim of Theodekti’s violence on April 27th   2015, something that he has confirmed in writing. Bizarrely, an email is in which I sent Theokristi the number of my lawyer is included as evidence against me in this civil case when it is actually evidence against Theoktisti and Theodekti in my criminal case.

Theoktisti mocks me for an email where I state that I have had to spend 50,000 euros since April 2015 on straightening my case. The idea is that I am an unstable person spending my money on baseless cases. In reality, the facts, include the admission by my then lawyer Konstantinos Christopoulos, show that Theodekti has bribed by lawyer and the judges in Larisa, has forced me to spend 50,000 euros on straightening my case. There have been five murder attempts against me by Theodekti since April 2015. Her original one, two by her instrument Theonike, strangling me, and two more since then in January 2016 and November 2016 by means of the corrupt police, judges and prosecutors of Larisa. The Areios Pagos has ordered an investigation into these because of the overwhelming evidence. It is because Theodekti and her backers (Tsipras and Soros) have corrupted the judges in Larisa that I have had to start this civil case to press evidence.

This civil case, the stamp fee, the translations will have cost me more than 5000 euros alone. Then, there is the money I paid Christopoulos in April 2015, about 2,5000 euros to press the charges.  In addition, there have been the civil defamation case of Simos Samaras as well the constant postponements of that case (costing me 100 euros a time). I have also had to pay the fees or stamp duty as well the trips to the Areios Pagos in Athens. On top of that, there are the cost of translating hundreds of pages of evidence into Greek. And there are my living costs in Larisa.

I deny that I am wasting my money for the sake of it as Theodekti implies. She and the Bishop of Volos have forced this costs on me by her corruption.

Theoktisti admits that she knew that my blog reported on George Soros his links to a plan to spread Ebola disease around the globe and force people to take a dangerous experimental vaccination.

The idea is to present me as an unhinged paranoic. But in September 2015 I was able to prove that Soros has direct, personal knowledge of my blog, underlining how credible my information is. Within 24 hours, George Soros personally mirrored a blog post of mine, making the opposite policy recommendation on Muslim migrants.
 George Soros is considered a very dangerous man, one of the world’s richest men, a Nazi collaborator, a megalomanic, a man of unlimited resources, a James Bond villain. It is rational for a journalist like myself, who is an effective opponent to his agenda, to be worried about being targeted by Soros.

In fact, the truth is as Roula Kominou described it in her statement to Ajia police in November 2015. I always behaved very well at the monastery. I was always very generous giving cash as well as electronic transfers. I was  helpful, polite and upright. I started my blog when I saw the danger that the Ebola false flag presented although I had good reason to fear for my life. In spite of my fear, I showed courage and commitment to the public interest. I continued my blog week after week. I received no money for it. I acted out of motives that are honourable, good and true. I did not want to do my blog as Theoktisti can testify. But there was no one else.

The fact that Soros personally targets my blog proves how credible, accurate and effective I am in opposing his agenda.

The truth is with time, I saw that Theodekti did not care about anyone except herself and money. I decided finally to leave the monastery on April 18th 2015 after Theodekti was brutal to pilgrims (See email XX).

But when I asked for all my cash pile back on April 19th 2015, Theoktisti refused to give it to me and Theodekti tried to stop me from leaving. She and Theoniki tried, in fact,  to kill me. Having failed, they tried to corrupt the judges and police in Larisa to suppress my case and to destroy me on behalf of George Soros and his minion Alexis Tsipras.

Theoktisti admits that I said on April 20th 2015 that I would file charges against Theodekti and Theonike for murder.

She admits that I asked for my money back. She twists the truth to suggest that I had been given my money back and wanted to blackmail them to get more money back. In fact,  a murder attempt had actually occurred during that weekend. That is why I filed charges at Larisa police station on April 22nd 2015. That is why Theoktisti attempted to bribe my lawyer on April 27th as my then lawyer Christopoulos has admitted in writing.  Christopoulos admitted to Kirsten Funke in an email on XX that the bribery attempt occurred and that Theoktisti had asked Christopoulos to make sure I did not ask for my money back. That proves I did not get my money back and that Theodekti and Theoktisti never wanted to return it to me.

Theoktisti has gone much further than turning a blind eye to the violent crimes of Theodekti. She has given false testimony, attacking my credibility and falsely accusing me of a crime. 

Theoktisti s statement about my pushing nuns on the morning of April 19th 2015 actually contradicts the statements of Theodekti, Theoniki and Garyfalya  to the police in Ajia in November 2015. Neither Theodekti, nor Theonike nor Garyfalya said I was ever physically violent,or pushed any nun in their statements. Yet now, 18 months later, suddenly Theoktisti falsely claims that I pushed “nuns” in a her blame the victim tactics.

Also, she gives no details about which nuns I pushed. It would be very important to identify the victims by name if I had pushed nuns. In fact, Theoktisti is telling a lie to cover up the violent crimes of Theodekti. She sent out of the office and to her Skete by Theodekti before Theodekti attacked me. Now, under pressure from Theodekti, she is falsely accusing me of pushing nuns with no details at all about which nuns or how I came to be pushing them because the event never happened and she was sent out away before Theodekti began her violent assault on me.

Theoktisti admits that I went to her office on the morning of April 19th 2015 but she conceals the reason for my visit. The reason was to leave the monastery. I  asked for the cash I had given her for my safe keeping. Theoktistyi conceals the fact that she refused to give me the cash. She conceals the fact that Theodekti immediately after I asked for the cash to leave the monastery came into the office and sent Theoktisti away before Theodekti assaulted me and attempted  to lock me in.

Also what  Theoktisti does say about the events on April 18th 2015 corroborates my claims and emails that said I wanted to leave the monastery. She gives exactly the same account of the events as I do in an email to Father Alexander in Athens on April 18th 2015, namely that I tried to help a lost group of pilgrims find a nun to guide them around the monastery. To do that, I was forced to go into the monastery where there is a reception room for pilgrims. I met Theodekti who was extremely rude and brutal to the pilgrims, elderly women, shouting at them. I was shocked at her behavior. When I tried to talk to her, she shouted at me and sent me to Theoktisti. I told Theoktisti in her office that I had decided to leave the monastery. Theoktisti admits the encounter with the pilgrim, admits I was sent to her office by Theodekti. What she conceals in her account  is that I told her I was going to leave the monastery. The following morning 19th April 2015 I did go to her office to ask for my cash pile back.
Theoktisti’s own handwritten note proves that I asked for my money back on 19th April 2015. She states I will get all the cash that I have given for safekeeping back when I am sitting in the car and leaving the monastery. The only reason why she wrote that note was because I had asked for my money back. The only reason I asked for all my cash back was because I wanted to leave the monastery. The note also states all the cash I had given for safekeeping would be returned to me. It is unambiguous in English from Theoktisti’s own words that no other cash was returned to me beforehand.

Theoktisti refers to a crisis on January 6th 2014. I had no crisis on that day. On that day, I found out that Theodekti had entered my room or Skete in my absence and stolen things from me, specifically my make up. I, thereupon, decided to leave the monastery. Theodekti denied everything and offered me a key to lock my room. Theoktisti persuaded me to stay to finish my report on St George for the Holy Synod.

Later I found out from local people in Larisa that Theodekti allegedly goes often to Athens and changes into civilian clothes. That is credible to me after she stole my make up.

Theoktisti falsely claims I offered the 22,000 euros with no pressure and it was such a small sum to me that I would not miss it.

The idea is to present me as a very rich person who does not miss 22,000 euro. In fact, I did not offer the donation for the grass machine. I was pressured to give 44,000 euros virtually on the first day. I refused, saying it was too much money for me. Then, Theoktisti pressured me again to give the lesser amount of 22,000 euros, saying that they had gotten better deal for the grass machine. But if I was such a rich person, who did not miss 22,000 euros, why would ask immediately for all of the rest of the donations money back in small cash amounts?

Theoktisti claims that I was given 4000 euros to go to Vienna to visit Dr Strausz on February 20th2014. But I never went to Vienna. I planned to go to Vienna but I cancelled that trip after Dr Verena Strausz was surprisingly put into hospital. This is proven by my emails to Christl Meyer, a resident of Vienna. It is also proven by my emails to the cleaning lady of Dr Strausz, Mane Smilei.
In an email dated XX, I told Christl Meyer I intended to go to Vienna on XX. In an email dated XX, Christl told me that her sister was having a book launch on XX at XX in Vienna and she invited me. In email dated XX, I told Christl I would not arrive on time for that book launch. In an email dated XX, I told her I had cancelled my trip altogether because of what happened to Dr Straus. Christl Meyer can and many others who have known me for a long time in Vienna can confirm that I have not visited them in Vienna for more than three years.

I deny that I ever went to Vienna in 2014. I deny that I got 4000 euros in cash to go to Vienna from Theodekti. I deny that I planned to go with a friend to go to Vienna. I have no friend in Greece to go with to Vienna. Also, if I did go to Vienna, why would I ask for 4000 euros in cash? It is safer to travel without cash. And I have my bank card to use in Vienna.

Theoktisti has lied.I never received 4000 euros in cash to go to Vienna. I never went to Vienna as my emails prove.

I also never received cash on St Patricks day, just a couple of weeks after my alleged and non existent visit to Vienna. I am a half Irish, half Austrian citizen.  The idea is to present me as a drunken Irish person who wants 2000 euros to celebrate St Patricks day in a drunken party at the monastery . It speaks to the moral corruption of the nuns that they claim I wanted 2000 euros for alcohol to spend on them during St Patricks day as I could not possibly have spent 2000 euros on alcohol on myself for St Patrick’s day in a monastery.

I deny I received 2000 euros on St Patrick’s day.

I went on a trip one time to Patmos island in December 2014 for a few days. I blogged about my short visit to Athens and Patmos proving that my visit was less than a week. I had 900 euros in cash for this trip and not 4000 as Theoktisti falsely claims.

In fact, not did  I never received the money back. I constantly gave money taken out at bank cash points in Larisa and Theodekti and Theoktisti constantly took my cash from my small stock pile for their needs. My bank accounts show that I ordered the things I needed online, 99% of which were books in the English language about religion as I do not speak Greek. I did not shop in Larisa for anything except small items like toothpaste etc

I was made to sign receipts for all the money I took from my cash pile, including the 18,000 euros. These receipts because they prove that I took out only small sums, about 6000 altogether, at very infrequent intervals and almost all of that went straight to the monastery. The only money I spent on myself was the 900 euros I signed for in December 2014 for my trip to Patmos.

Theoktisti admits that I gave computers to Lufti but conceals all the thousands of cash donations that I gave to her and the monastery. Theodekti admits that the monastery runs its day to day business using cash, underlining how much demand they had for my cash.

I deny that I brought cockroaches into the monastery. I have never lived in a place with cockroaches. If cockroaches were found, there is no proof it was me who brought them. My Skete was on the second floor. It is true, I brought my food to my Skete but I used a tray. Angeliki Kominou for example used to walk around in the Skete with food in her hand, dropping crumbs everywhere. That is the kind of behavior that leads to cockroaches climbing staris. Also, the cockroaches must have come from the kitchen in the first floor. Cockroaches do not appear on the second floor where my Skete was by magic. They have to appear in the kitchen and climb steps. Again, the idea is to present me as a deranged lunatic who cannot eat a meal without drawing cockroaches out of nowhere.

Theoktisti has scribbled 10,000 euros in cash on these bank accounts on the date XX, but there is no corresponding amount in cash given to me in their own list and no receipts.

Theoktisti as the bursar has the few receipts I signed and knows that the tor\tal amount was only about 6,000 euros and almost all went to the monastery.
 
Angeliki

The blame the victim tactics of Theodekti are repeated by Angeliki Kominou who also tells a bunch of lies.

The statement of Angeliki Kominou is contradicted by her mother’s statement to the police in Ajia in November 2015. Roula correctly states under oath that I behaved very well and she was very surprised by the events , ie the attack of Theodekti on 19th April 2015. Now, her daughter is suddenly claiming that I was violent, unstable when she would have told her mother that long ago and Roula would have included it in her statement to the police.
Roula lives in Dimitra, collects the post for the monastery, and frequently visits the monastery. Angeliki also frequently stays with her mother. In fact, she lived with her mother and father mostly until she finished her studies of biochemistry in Larisa in the summer of 2015. Even though she was not at the monastery for a long period  of time and is only a novice. Angeliki now claims that she knows that I got all my money back as cash. How can she know that? Especially since she never returned me the money I transferred to her and does not even claim to have.

Angeliki Kominou says on the one hand Theodekti made no attempt to lock me in Theoktisti office because the door was open and on the other hand that I could have escaped through the windows. Why would anyone want to escape through windows if they are not locked in? Angeliki admits that an attempt was made to lock me in. Also, she falsely claims the windows have a drop of just “one” metre to the ground when the real distance is much higher as photo X shows and there are steep steps under one window making a safe landing impossible.

Angeliki Kominou is lying to cover up the crimes of Theodekti and she has lied in such a way as to show that she coordinated her testimony with Theodekti.
Angeliki claims she was so alarmed in the morning of April 20th 2015 by my behaviour that she nearly called the police. But if Angeliki had a phone and was so alarmed, why didn’t she tell her mother, Roula, who came to collect me in the evening, to be careful about me?

Roula’s statement to Ajia police in November 2015 shows that she had no idea what had happened to me until she later read about the events on my blog. She says she was totally surprised by the turn of events when she came to collect me since I had always behaved so well.
The reality is that Angeliki witnessed the extreme violence by Theodekti and Theoniki against me and was afraid to tell her mother the truth. That is why she did not ring her on April 20th and that is why she concealed from her the truth afterwards, leaving Roula to learn what happened only through my blog posts.
Conclusion

The lies about me that Theodekti, and Theoktisti and Angeliki have given as part of this civil case are more proof that Theodekti is guilty. She has no evidence of her innocence. Instead, she is convinced that a judge in Larisa will rule in her favour in spite of all my evidence proving Theodekti’s crimes and in spite of the absence of Theodekti’s evidence, receipts or documents, because she and the clergy and Tsipras can influence them.
Key evidence is the fact that Theoktisti attempted to bribe my lawyer on April 27th 2015 as my then lawyer Christopoulos has admitted in writing.  Christopoulos admitted to Kirsten Funke in an email on XX that the bribery attempt occurred and that Theoktisti had asked Christopoulos to make sure I did not ask for my money back. That proves I did not get my money back and that Theodekti and Theoktisti never wanted to return it to me. Their testimonies are a tissue of lies. They offer no proof for the return of my money. Their tactic is to blame the victim. I can prove many of their lies to be false, such as the lie that I went to Vienna in February 2014 by emails. Other lies such as the lies about cockroaches” I cannot prove. But I do not need to prove them to be lies. TO GET MY MONEY BACK

Judges should know that any ruling against me in this case, any ruling that allows Theodekti to steal my money as the evidence shows she has done, exposes them to the charge of corruption.

 In fact, I should never have had to open a civil case to get my money back and to compel evidence. The corruption in my criminal case has forced me to start a civil case, which is a scandal. I will not let my money be stolen by Larisa judges in a civil case. Any judge who helps Theodekti and the Bishop of Volos steal my money will be charged for their perversion of justice. My case is crystal clear. My proofs are unambiguous. Theodekti’s lies are proven.

I insist the judge calls Theoktisti as a witness and cross questions her about the harm done to me and about the return of my money. Theoktisti knows the truth, that the money was never returned to me, there are no receipts and no bank transfers from Theodekti to my bank account.
I insist the judge orders Theodekti to produce all her bank account of the Skete in Estonia. It is an easy thing for her to do.

I insist the judge orders Theodekti and Theoktisti to produce their accounts for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015. The monastery has to produce detailed bank accounts for the Bishop of Volos, who takes 10% of their income, every year.  The monastery accounts will also show that no money was returned to me.

I insist the judge orders Theodekti to produce valid receipts to support her claim she returned me tens of thousands of my money. She will not be able to because she did not return the money.
Theoktisti as the bursar has the few receipts I signed and knows that the total amount was only about 6,000 euros and almost all went to the monastery.

Finally, I insist the judge takes into account by unambiguous proofs and evidence that I was harmed by Theodekti and Theonike and my 96,000 euros was never return.

As a result of the new investigation ordered by the Areios Pagos, I was able to apply for the postponement of the trial of Theodekti and Theoniki for XX and XX on November 28th 2016.

In fact the court was adjourned long before my case was heard. One case concerning the same charge as Theodekti, XX, took about two hours. The judge, prosecutor, lawyers questioned  and examined documents. This underlines the normal standards of proof for a case involving an extremely large sum of money like mine.

It is unacceptable if a judge refuses to apply the same standards of proof as used in other cases to my case. Such a failure to examine documents, proof and evidence is nothing less than the perversion of justice. It allows a criminal, Theodekti, to get away with her crimes.
