*MINISTRY OF INTERIOR PLAYED A KEY ROLE IN OBTAINING THE FAKE ACCUSATIONS TO EFFECT MY INCARCERATION AND MURDER IN OCTOBER 2015 ALREADY
*INVENTED A FAKE PERSON
*SUMMONED A LAWYER HELPING ME BY PHONE TO TERORIZE HIM
*GREEKS SHOULD REFUSE ANY SUMMONS TO THE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR AS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH DUE PROCESS
*INTERIOR MINISTRY IN SOVIET UNION WAS TORTURE AND KILLING CENTRE OF THE PURGES, PEOPLE SUMMONED BY SPECIAL AGENTS OUTSIDE OF DUE PROCESS
*ONCE THERE, THEY WERE IMPRISONED AND TORTURED AND KILLED WITHOUT TRIAL OR INVESTIGATION
Elements of Soviet style terror system have already been put in place by Alexis Tsipras as my case shows and could be rolled out if Tsipras declares a state of emergency following any false flag assassination of a Syriza minister.
My case suggests a secret police apparatus has been set up inside the Ministry of Interior and is undertaking extrajudicial activities to produce fake witness statements, and accusations terrorize and bully opponents of Tsipras’ agenda of abolishing due process in courts.
The Soviet Ministry of Interior, the NKVD, played a key role in Stalin’s Great Purge summoning victims or sending secret police to “invite victims” to testify.
Once there, many were tortured, drugged, and executed in large numbers.
Tsipras could be converting the Ministry of Interior right now into a prison and torture centre modelled on Lubjyanka prison or other buildings.
He has allocated 500 million euros to the establishment of a National Emergency Response Service under the control of the Min of Interior. This could be the embryonic secret police force, Tsipras intends to use in a purge. Its agents could be sent to summon people to the Min of Interior for torture and execution in their hundreds every week.
The Min of Int summoned a lawyer Asterios Liapis who was helping me in a defamation case to Athens on a crucial day in March 2016, hindering my right to defend myself.
The summons made to a lawyer in Larisa seems to have beeen made by phone and involved the use pyschological and verbal terror (shouts, threats to bounce people to coming in person immediately, taking advantage of their surprise and confusion)
Bouncing someone into going in person is vital for the lawless Globalists to make unrecorded threats against them. But it is also the way to conduct a purge.
Anyone receiving such a call from the Min of Int and should ask for a letter if it is urgent, and put the phone down and record the call’s time and date.
If pressured, Greek army and police etc should refuse any summons as not in conformity with the country’s rules of due process.
Also, any police agents knocking on someone’s door at night should be ignored.
Two or three witness statements without any corroborating evidence are not sufficient to issue an arrest warrant under due process.
Due process means that a prosecutor must summon someone to testify on a matter at the court and make all the evidence against them available as part of the right to defend yourself.
Greek army and police etc should absolutely refuse to deal with any “secret police” who have no authority to issue summons or make arrests under due process.
Once in their hands, they can be held without trial and investigation and tortured horrifically in any Tsipras purge.
The Soviet secret police were also Satanic.
Only the regular police and courts have authority to order citizens to do anything and they have to follow due process. They also have a duty of care to make sure they are serving valid arrest warrants etc.
Due process is the bedrock of the legal system. No national emergency, no media hysteria, no official can operate outside due process without making themselves criminally liable.
No Greek is under any legal obligation to follow the orders of the Ministry of Interior, secret police or any other entity.
I don’t know what Laipis discussed during the secretive meeting at the Min of Int in 2016. But after it, he became a terrified minion of the lawless prosecutors and I had to drop him.
Again, the legal position is that he did not have to answer any summons by the Min of Interior either made by phone, in person or by letter.
Any professional matters could have been dealt with by a letter, leaving a record. Any personal allegations of wrong doing etc could have been dealt with by due process, ie by a summons by the court to testify etc.
The Ministry of Interior also ordered police in Larisa to suppress evidence and witnesses in my case as well as to obtain the fake witness statements to condemn me as a letter shows.
The Ministry of Interior even invented a fake person “Th. Vallianatou” to direct the investigation to at first.
This fake person was to be questioned alongside the main culprits Theodekti and Theoniki. The culprits in the original case were allowed to give inconsistent and slanderous statements not under oath accusing me of drinking 10 of litres of Tsipouro a day, self harming and suicidal thoughts without any investigation into the inconsistencies.
A police officer falsely testified that witness Theosemni was in Estonia.
The Soviet Ministry of Interior, the NKVD, played a key role in Stalin’s Great Purge.
“The NKVD is known for its role in political repression and for carrying out the Great Purge under Joseph Stalin. Mobile gas vans were used to execute people without trial during the Great Purge. It was led by Genrikh Yagoda, Nikolai Yezhov and Lavrentiy Beria.
The NKVD undertook mass extrajudicial executions of untold numbers of citizens, and conceived, populated and administered the Gulag system of forced labour camps. Their agents were responsible for the repression of the wealthier peasantry, as well as the mass deportations of entire nationalities to uninhabited regions of the country. They oversaw the protection of Soviet borders and espionage (which included political assassinations)….”
Its building Lubyanka was the centre of the torture and killing terror regime and the Ministry of Interior in Athens could also be being preferred for such a role.
Secret police in Tsipras Ministry of Interior could be preparing to play a key role in any purge by summoning or transporting opponents directly to the building where they would be tortured, killed or sent to camps.
During the Great Purge, secret police went to people’s homes and summoned them without arresting them.
But once there, they could be imprisoned, drugged, tortured into making confessions, put on show trials and killed.
