The American Bar Association has called on the US Senate to halt the confirmation proceedings of Brett Kavanaugh, following a public hearing into allegations of gang rape which deepened doubts about the Supreme court nominee.
The Senate is to vote today, Friday morning, on the appointment of a judge who has been accused by multiple, credible witnesses.
In his defence, Kavanaugh used familiar tactics of “smear the victim” and terrorize them into silence while offering no credible facts or arguments or witnesses. He sounded and looked like Nazi judge Roland Freisler.
His hideous, politicized, fact free harangues made sound like Nazi Judge Roland Freisler. Listen and look for yourself. It’s uncanny.
By the end of Thursday’s Senate judiciary committee hearing, the U.S. Supreme Court nominee, who is facing a handful of allegations that include sexual assault, would be shown in cable news clips snivelling, roughly flipping pages from his prepared statement, shouting during his opening testimony as he denied the allegations, and deflecting senators’ questions about his alleged abuse of alcohol by challenging them about their own drinking habits.
His testimony came in stark contrast to the composed and considered testimony of Christine Blasey Ford, the California research psychologist and professor who on Thursday alleged to senators with “100 per cent” certainty that Kavanaugh tried to drunkenly rape her in the 1980s when they were both teens at a house party in Maryland.
The Democrats are suging in the polls and need only 23 seats to flip the House, and start impeachment proceedings against Trump as part of the Russia probe.
Cornered “Beast” Trump may well seek to implement the plan outlined by Globalist insider Mike Adams to declare martial law, suspend elections and start Soviet style purges using military tribunals.
As the tipping vote on the Supreme Court, Kavanagh push through what appears to be a plan by Trump involving declaration of martial law and the abolition of due process the ahead of the midterms on November 6th.
Trump may have tempted Kavanaugh with the enticement, “lots of beautiful women” (to rape) as he tempted Putin in 2013 with “lots of beautiful women”
Who knows? Trump may have pitched the idea to Kavanaugh like this…
“You can have all the beautiful women you want, Brett, if you help me declare an emergency and abolish due process. Imagine, you can cruise the streets, chose the most beautiful like Lavrenti Beria, have them seized and you can rape and do anything you want with them.”
“Sounds good, Don! I’m in for it.”
“All the beautiful women you want, Brett, and you won’t have to pay. Just help me get the emergency declaration through and you and I can have all the beautiful women we want, okay? But we have to hurry up and get it done before the midterms, okay?”
